Programs: Annapolis community boating, inc. Conducted summer camps at 8 locations in anne arundel county, md to teach boating & water safety to 475 youths aged 5 through 17. The camps included activities such as sailing, motor boating, fishing, crabbing, canoeing, kayaking, & ecological preservation. 77 students under the age of 16 years fufilled the qualifications and were issued md boater licenses as required by state law for such youths to operate watercraft on maryland waters.

Also conducted spirit of america foundation youth boating programs in which students take part of a curriculum which takes them from a drowning prevention and equipment awareness program to the water for five hours minimum in each of the disciplines: sail, paddle, and power.
