The place is amazingly clean and the cats well taken care of! The cats and kittens are socialized and enjoy playing together in very large houses/modern cages and love to have people come in and pay attention to them. We've taken several friends there and each one has found "the perfect cat!" for them. Because the volunteers interact with the cats so much, they know the personalities of each one and can recommend the perfect cat for you! The staff is kind, courteous and willing to help. If you can't adopt a cat, please make a donation to the Animal House on 59th Street. You'll feel good helping them and they'll be able to help more cats and kittens!
