This is the WORST place for an animal to be. They are not taken care of at all, in other words passively abused and this place needs to be shut down.

Carrie and her team work tirelessly to care for her sanctuary of animals that would otherwise not have a chance. I first met Carrie when my friend, an animal hoarder, had a stroke. She was there to help with the animals and organize rescue efforts. They stepped up when no one else was there to help. Over the years, I have witnessed AGN help so many animals get adopted, assisted caregivers when they had no where else to turn, and has grown her sanctuary to over a hundred animals. Many animal residents have special needs and require ongoing medical care. I am always certain that all donations that I give to AGN directly benefit animals. Thank you for all you do.

More than an animal shelter, Animal Guardian Network (AGN) is a sanctuary, created with equal measures of love, compassion, care, and respect for all living beings.

My wife and I became members of the AGN family five years ago, when we moved to Arizona from New Jersey. From our first visit, we knew this was a special place, a place where we could come to help better the lives of once discarded animals, who in return, touch our lives in profound and often unexpected ways.

AGN’s philosophy hinges on this: previously deemed “unadoptable” animals who were once abused, neglected, and abandoned through no fault of their own, are welcomed and loved. Many residents come with untreated, chronic medical conditions and finally receive the veterinary care they need and deserve. Those who are terminally ill receive the very best in hospice care.

Carrie’s dedication to every single AGN resident is unwavering. The level of care each animal receives is second to none. We consider it a privilege to be members of the AGN family and are honored to advance its cause any way we can.

Animal Guardian Network (AGN) is a wonderful sanctuary for senior animals and those needing housing toward their end of lives for whatever reason. When one visits AGN, you can see that great care is taken to provide clean and spacious acreage for the inhabitants. There is much dedication by AGN to its wards with the various medications, foods, and treatment specifically needed by all. AGN is maintained by its management and volunteers and their very selfless work to give these animals joy in the last aspects of their life. It is very heartwarming to see the compassion and loyalty expended in the care of these animals. I am very happy to be associated with them.

Animal Guardian Network is amazing. Visiting their site in Camp Verde was a great experience, the land is beautiful and the residents had tons of land to roam, the enclosures were clean, with plenty of food and water in addition to what nature provides. The residents always appear happy and friendly. The canine residents have great living quarters inside a climate controlled home environment. There is never a shortage of love, care or attention for all the critters! This is one of my favorite places to visit. I have great respect and admiration for the volunteers that keep the facility running so smooth and the animals so well taken care of ! keep up the great work!!

AGN and Healing River Ranch is a sanctuary for the old, unwanted, neglected or animals unable to be cared for by their families. No animal is unwanted, big or small. Carrie and her team exhibit their passion for all living creatures. As a volunteer with another rescue, I have been following AGN since Molly Bear. What AGN has accomplished in one year at this new facility is a testament to the teams caring, passion, dedication and their love. Recently, I had the privilege of visiting Healing River Ranch; I can only say, I was humbled. There are no words to describe this amazing group EXCEPT Thank you for all you do!

Animal Guardian Network is an amazing place. Carrie Singer and the rest of the staff and volunteers truly care for all animals and they strive to take in all that they can. I had been wanting to visit the facility and when I had the opportunity I was very impressed with everything, especially the habitats for the animals and the peace and tranquility that is felt there, I know that all of the animals that have found their home here can feel the love and care that is shown to them.

Animal Guardian Network is a truly amazing sanctuary for animals who have either been forgotten or abused, and for that reason alone, the world is a kinder place because we have these amazing angels in our midst. Carrie and her team are unfailing in their passion and relentless in their goal to bring love and expert medical and emotional support to all the animals in their care. They clearly put their heart and soul into everything that they do at the sanctuary, and it shows!! No animal is too great and no creature is too small - they are ALL treated with the same level of heartfelt love and care. Truly a place of healing, AGN at Healing River Ranch gets my admiration and respect for being a sanctuary like NO OTHER! So .... This is the most beautiful sanctuary, located in a breathtaking setting in Arizona where the animals can heal from whatever their past life was like. Providing palliative and curative care for dogs and farm animals in their most time of need when no-one else will is at the heart and soul of Animal Guardian Network. While modest in the staffing numbers to carry this out, the resilient volunteers and the founder Carrie Singer work tirelessly around the clock providing this physical, emotional and loving support and care. Animal Guardian Network is a sanctuary and haven for otherwise unwanted animals needing hospice like and special needs care. The residents of Animal Guardian Network have their own space to freely and safely roam and socialize. All in, the residents of Animal Guardian Network experience a huge boost in their quality of life.

Domestic, farm and ranch animals alike benefit from 24/7 focused skilled care, expert nutrition, and enrichment for senior, special needs and hospice animals.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Animal Guardian Network. I have seen first hand abused, neglected, discarded, and broken down animals be given back the safe and healthy life they deserve. The compassion and dedication of Carrie Singer is unmatched. What is best for the animals always comes first. The environment is beautiful where they are free to roam and be themselves. A true healing sanctuary.

Carrie and all the volunteers at Animal Guardian Network have been in my heart for almost 20 years. The work they do is unmatched. Their selfless and heartfelt care is remarkable.

What can I say about Animal Guardian Network and Carrie Singer that most don't already know? That the facility is fabulous and well maintained and Carrie loves every soul under her care with all her heart? Well, that entire statement is truth. That all the animals under her guardianship are returned to states of happy and healthy, as they should be? They are. That every care is taken to ensure the safety of all the animals living at the sanctuary? Extreme care is taken and it shows in the happy faces of all those rescued animals. I can't recommend this nonprofit strongly enough. Donate. Participate. Volunteer. Doing so will save more precious lives than you can imagine.

A truly amazing home for so many beautiful animals. The volunteers are among some of the most loving and caring individuals I have ever known. If you are in need of some inspiration go visit and feel the energy and love from both sides of the fence!

Animal Guardian Network, Inc., is a truly amazing place with animal guardians who have the best hearts and go to all lengths to provide a safe and secure sanctuary for the rescued animals. I had the opportunity to visit and was truly impressed with their operations and team providing care and tireless support in the best interest of the rescued animals. I love AGN! They provide a safe, enriching, and loving environment for a variety of animals that others consider throw aways, disposable, unworthy, as well as those who’s family’s are unable to meet their complex needs. They provide excellent medical care and open their heart to those who need hospice care.

I am proud to donate to this wonderful organization, as I believe in providing excellent medical care and hospice care for people and animals. I know how hard it is to open your heart to a poor soul in need, wanting them to feel unconditional love and be pain free, knowing that their time on this earth is limited and when they leave this earth there will be a huge hole in your heart. Yet as hard as this is, the people at AGN continue on their mission every day to make sure each treasured soul in their care is loved and reach out to help others in need. AGN and it’s adorable residents are extremely worthy of support and recognition.

If I could, I would rate the Animal Guardian Network well above five stars. My experience with them has been nothing but positive. It’s clear as day that this Sanctuary is all about the well being of their animals and that’s something I really appreciate.

I have been a volunteer for a great many years for this wonderful organization. They go above and beyond to provide medical care and enrichment for vulnerable and neglected animals. Their hearts know no borders whether it be canine, bovine, equine and more. Every resident receives the best of care and so much love. I'm very proud to support this sanctuary.

AGN is a special place that fulfills the needs of each individual resident and their special needs are taken into account. From their nutrition needs, social needs and enrichment. I have volunteered here and see the genuine love given for all residents. AGN takes those that no one else will, the old, the difficult, those missing an eye or a leg. All are treated with equal compassion and love.

I volunteered for Animal Guardian Network for several years and only stopped because of medical issues and I continue to support them financially. The staff are dedicated to providing the best care to all of the many different animals that live at AGN. Dogs, horses, pigs, chickens, and other species are living in a beautiful sanctuary in northern Arizona.

Residents at AGN get the most compassionate care. They are treated lovingly up to and at the moment they get their wings.

I have been involved in all aspects of animal rescue for over 40 years now. The love and compassion and the dedication that I see day in and day out at Animal Guardian Network is something every single rescue, hospice and sanctuary should strive for. The animals that come to AGN have hit the "rescue lottery". A more dedicated group of volunteers you will never find. When a new animal comes to AGN, they assess their medical needs immediately...and then begin to work on the harder part....their emotional and mental needs. This rescue is not a "one stop shop" or cookie cutter rescue. Each animal is treated as an individual and each individual is given what they need to blossom back to health. I wish every single sanctuary was set up like Animal Guardian Network. They are truly there for the animals.

There is not a group of people who are more caring or more dedicated about what they do than the truly incredible team at AGN. I am grateful to have had an opportunity over the years to spend time with Carrie, Robin and others within this organization, and without fail, they are always willing to do the right thing and go the 'extra mile' ... not only for the animals in their care, but for the community at large. We are very lucky to have these guardian angels in our midst who continue to devote their time and effort to enriching the lives of every single critter who is lucky enough to come into the circle of their love and care. Animal Guardian Network does amazing work, especially with special needs and elderly animals. Their one-on-one care for each animal is really touching - to see the 3 legged, the blind and the displaced find a new joy in their lives because instead of being seen as a burden, AGN cherishes each one of them uniquely.
