Causes: Animal Protection & Welfare, Animals
Mission: Provide low cost spay, neuter and wellness services to a fifteen county rural area. Provide low cost services to help keep pets healthy and with their family. To provide low costs services before more dogs and cats are born. Helping teach people what a great addition a pet is to a family and helping them keep their pet healthy.
Results: Animal Friends - Connie Clinic has spayed or neutered over 6,000 dogs and cats since opening to the public in 2008.

Direct beneficiaries per year: Animals whose lives were saved because they were spayed or neutered
Geographic areas served: Fifteen counties between Houston and Austin
Programs: Low cost spay, neuter and wellness services available Wed. - Sat. from 7a - 6p "Neuter for a Nickel" event offered to counties donating funding to host the event. So far Washington County, Austin County, and Brazos County have made contributions to host the event for residents in their respective counties.
