Mission: Dedicated to the welfare of stray and feral animals as well as ending the overpopulation problem through education and spay/neuter efforts.
Programs: We take in cats and dogs from high-kill county facilities (focusing on injured, neglected and cruelty cases). We provide the necessary medical services for their recovery and then place them for adoption through our pet adoption center or various off-site adoption events (i. E. Petsmart, petco. County park events, etc. )we have significantly reduced the number of cats and dogs killed in county shelters. We are rescuing and finding permanent homes for an average of 40 cats and 60 dogs per month. Program success monitored by tamera gibson-demello. One example was a litte puppy we named erica had been hit and left to die on the side of the road - an animal control officer took this puppy to animal control - her leg had been broken and therefore she was considered "un-adoptable" and scheduled to be put to death. Through our contract with the county, we were able to bring her into our no-kill shelter with our vet resetting her leg - after many weeks in a cast, she had a full recovery and was adopted to a local family that will love her while keeping her safe from the street.

we offer a trap, spay and return program for feral cats. We have a sanctuary in naples, fl for those cats that are unsocialized or otherwise unable to be adopted or returned to their original location. Humane feral cat traps and training available - spay/neuter available onsite and relocation program if needed. We trap and spay over 2,200 cats per year which over time will significantly reduce the number of unwanted stray cats. We have acquired a farm in naples and enclosed 2 acres with cat fencing to protect and care for those feral cats that are unable to return to their original location. We have 8 feral cat colonies "controlled" and managed by feeders. And our sanctuary currently has 46 feral cats living safely amongst 2 enclosed acres with live-in caretakers. Program success monitored by volunteer feral cat caretakers. One colony of cats living behind a grocery store consisted of 120 strays - many pregnant and several with mange. They were all trapped, spayed and ear notched - the entire colony was treated (through their food) for mange nad the friendly cats were adopted to permanent (inside) homes. The kittens wer fostered, tamed, spayed/neutered and adopted. The colony now consists of 32 healthy spayed, neutered and vaccinated cats.
