Angels for Kids Foundation is amazing. A blessing to my children during a hard time and to see the smiles and the tears of pure joy. Is a time I will NEVER forget and I'm so thankful and blessed to everyone of them. They go above and beyond to welcome each child and knows them by name. I honestly am not sure if there is anything to improve besides for more People to learn about how amazing this foundation is and donate more to help them grow!
This is a great foundation! Shanyn truly works hard to help kids with no families to get things that they need and want. I have been to a few of the fundraisers and they were all fun and inspiring.
Such a great organization! Seems as if they are willing to help anyone out that needs a hand at all times of the year. They put on great events for back to school and Christmas!
Reaches out to needy families with events to assist during Xmas, school time. They are non judgemental.. will reach out to other agencies that might have families in need. They reach out to communities outside of their own. Very beautiful people

Angels for Kids is a GREAT organization run by a professional and compassionate person. I love helping out by shopping for a child at both the, Back to School, and Christmas events. Shanyn is an amazing person and I don't know how she juggles the time and energy it takes to run such an organization and also work and care for her own children. The organization is really expandng as she has taken on more kids for her events. I can't say enough worderful things about her or Angels for Kids!!

Angels for Kids is an exceptional organization established to help children in need. One of my favorite events is the Back To School event held each year. Angels for Kids helps prepare in need children for the first day of school by providing new haircuts, school clothes, supplies, etc. It gives these children a chance to start the school year with confidence. For many, they've never had new clothes or new supplies so it allows them a chance to feel pride in themselves which could lend itself to feeling pride in their schoolwork. I will continue to support the organization as long as Shanyn needs volunteers. She is someone who truly has the kids in mind... there are no intrinsic motivators for her. She simply wants to see children shine.
Angels for Kids is a very worthwhile organization, run by a woman who truly cares for her community and the needy children within it. I feel very honored to be able to make donations to such a caring charity, and will continue to support the organization and its founder.
I am a strong supporter of this organization. I strongly believe this organization has helped change lives and will only continue to grow as big or bigger than the heart of the founder. I am proud to say I will continue to support them as they grow.

I have been involved with Angels for Kids Foundation both as a volunteer and as someone that a had a loved one helped. Shanyn has held events in the area that I live in that i have helped with and plan on continuing on doing anything that i can do to help her. I have been on the receiving end of what Shanyn tries to do. My stepson Mykel was having a bone marrow transplant five hours away from our home. Shanyn wanted to know if there was anything that she or Angels for Kids could do for my family. I was so appreciative of the offer but really between my son's family we had him covered. But there was a little girl Ashlynn that my son had been extremely close with. Her mom and her were in Ohio all the way from Washington State. Her dad could only come every so often since he had to work for the insurance to pay for the medical bills. Our families became extremely close so I knew that they were struggling with the little things being so far away from home and family. I asked Shanyn to help her out instead of me. Angels for Kids sent both Ashlynn and her mom things that they both so grateful for. Unfortunately Ashlynn passed away a couple of months later, but thanks to Shanyn and Angels for Kids Foundation Ashlynn knew that people that didn't even know her cared and gave her something to smile about.
I am a strong supporter of this exceptional foundation who has helped many children in unfortunate circumstances. I have had the pleasure to assist with a couple events and was very impressed. Shanyn has taken some unfortunate things that have happened in her life, and turned it around to help and do good for others. The smile put on these childrens faces speak volumes about the impact Angels for Kids Foundation has on them.
Angels For Kids Foundation is an extraordinary foundation that has helped many children and families in need. I am so thankful for this charity not only because of the many people it has helped but also for allowing my children and I to be a part of the great things the foundation does. It is a wonderful thing when you watch a child open up a present for Christmas and see the look on their face when without Angels For Kids they might have not received anything at Christmas time. When Shanyn founded Angels For Kids her goal was to touch the lives of as many children as she could. Not only is she touching the lives of those children and families, she is also touching our lives, the people in the communities, and giving us a way that we can give back and know that it is going to someone truly in need. My children and I plan to continue to donate and volunteer for this great charity and I hope more people do the same to help this foundation grow so it can reach even more lives.
I am proud to say that I am a donor to The Angels For Kids. I know that when i donate, everything is for the children. I beleive that Shanyan is truely making a diffrence in so many lives. I have been a supporter of Angels for Kids for several years now. The fundraising events are a blast, and I love that my donations are going to a great cause! I donate toys each Christmas, and my kids learn a lot about charity, too. They really look forward to their "lists"! I send them in search of the perfect gifts... They don,t know who will get them, but they know they are making a difference. Angels for Kids allows kids to experience the love and compassion they are missing by not having parents. I am thankful to be a part of such a great community service.
I am so very lucky to have found out about Angels for Kids. Knowing that your contributions, gifts go to those around you who are in need is so very uplifting. To not only participate and hope that the charity takes care of the needs but to be able to witness this first hand is priceless. Angels for Kids Foundation has made a positive impact on the lives of many children in need! I am proud to be able to say that I have changed a child's life for the better because of my involvement with Angels for Kids. Shanyn is very generous and selfless with her work for local children and families in need. Angels for Kids Foundation has helped provide presents for children at Christmas as well as throw a huge party for these children to celebrate the holiday. The Foundation has also provided free haircuts for many local children and their mothers and provided many children and teens new clothes and supplies at the beginning of the school year to help boost the self esteem of each child!! I am blessed to be able to say I have personally been working with this charity for many years and will continue to do so for many more!!
Angels For Kids Foundation, is a great non profit charity that serves the lives of kids. i love how they help kids in all communities trumbull,lorain,haiti (these are just some). i donate to a great cause and would never think twice, about not doing so! i hope everyone who can donate, will do so. lets put a smile on gods childrens faces :)
As the Communications Officer for a local Community Foundation, I work with many local nonprofit agencies. I had the pleasure of seeing Angels for Kids Foundations at work at an event the Shanyn had organized for local homeless children last fall. This Back to School Party was coordinated with the help of a local salon, and each child was treated to a haircut and new clothes for school along with pizza and other treats. The event was well-coordinated, but it was the thoughtful touches like personalizing each outfit in a child's favorite color that really made each child served feel special.
Angels for Kids Foundation has also collaborated with well-established Lorain County organizations like Neighborhood House Association to provide holiday gifts for children in need. Neighborhood House staff remarked on Angels for Kids' generosity and on Shanyn's efficiency in coordinating over 300 presents. Angels for Kids is providing much-needed experiences that build self-esteem in children who face difficult challenges like poverty and homelessness.
