Ananda Marga, Inc. represents Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha (AMPS), a global organization dedicated to self realization and service to all. Ananda Marga is the mother organization of Ananda Marga Universal Relief Team (AMURT), a global relief organization that also has several projects in North America, Central America and the Caribbeans.
Ananda Marga has its administrative office at 149-02 Melbourne Avenue, Flushing, Queens, New York where yoga and meditation classes are conducted on appointment basis and Ananda Marga after school program serves the local population.
All the service rendered by Ananda Marga is done by volunteers (like me) and the organization is mostly funded by donations.
