Programs: America's warrior partnership's mission is to empower communities to empower veterans. We work every day, through our community partners, to provide veterans of all eras with the tools and support they need to succeed. Using the strategies developed at ussocom and with the experience gained working at the local community level, america's warrior partnership has developed a program, community integration, that when implemented, leverages all community assets for the veterans of that community. At its heart, community integration is a program of collaboration combined with a philosophy that "one size fits one" - the idea that each veteran must be addressed as an individual person, holistically. Continued on sch o. . . While some programs are designed around problems such as homelessness, unemployment or ill health,community integration is designed around the veteran. Rather than compete with existing organizations that offer excellent resources, even if on a limited scale or directed at only a single problems, america's warrior partnership provides the tools and the training necessary for communities to form collaborations to assist veterans with all their needs. In doing so, partner communities learn how to advocate and collaborate for their veterans. In 2017, america's warrior partnership made significant impacts in communities across the country. For the year ended december 31, 2017, 7,387 veterans experienced improved lives through services offered by america's warrior partnership, 355 community organization parternships were maintained, 17 community agencies received funding support through america's warrior partnership's sub- grantee program, and nine community affiliates were funded and/or mentored. Additionally, 11 organizations are using our warriorserve software application as the case coordination solution that helps the organizations empower the veterans they serve.
