Mission: Our primary purpose is to promote the participation of youth in circus and support circus educators. Ayco produces and conducts a biennial national youth circus festival. The festival brings together coaches, teachers, circus administrators, and youth performers. On alternate years, ayco also produces and conducts a circus educators conference for people involved with teaching circus arts. Our other main activity is hosting and maintaining a resource rich website for the benefit of people interested in youth circus activities and knowledge. We also provide guidelines for safe practice and a safety program recognizing organizations that follow them in addition to a social circus initiative that recognizes organizations who use circus as a tool for social change.
