hold monyhly professional development meetings where members, non members and students attend to learn about the latest concepts and trends in production and inventory control and supply chain management. The chapter books leading local and national speakers.
student case competition where students from the northeast district's different colleges and universities compete against each other using a given supply chain or operations management case study. A maximum of 28 teams compete on 2 tracks vying for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place. Winning team is sent to the national conference.
