LTC Lakin needs help and it appears that the American Patriot Foundation is the only organization trying to provide him that help. Since Pres. Obama has refused to provide vetted information concerning his eligibility to serve as President, all he has to provide is a SIMPLE birth certificate and this issue is gone. Obama refuses to do the simple and honorable thing. Therefore I will support this organization as it trys to help LTC Lakin.
This organization is defrauding the US Tax Payer...... 1.) The 2003 IRS letter stated stated that any "donation" FROM this organization, American Patriot Foundation, SHALL be to another 501(c)3 as per IRS Federal Tax Laws ... However, this organization is raising money FOR and distributing money to an organization NOT set up as a 501(c)3....... To be exact: American Patriot Foundation is raising money for and donating money to: Lt. Col. Terry Larkin Legal Defense Fund - which is NOT set up as a 501(c)3 or any type of 501(c) for that matter.......2.) IRS states that 501(c) 3's "may not participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates." Yet, they are entirely against the President of the United States.......3.) This organization has not filed Form 990 since 2003 ... Why not? Where are their Form 990EZ forms?......4.) This organization is nothing but a "Birther" organization trying to distort facts and try to compel others to believe the President of the United States is illegitimate and should be tossed out of office ... that is political activity prohibited for 501(c)3's
