Mission: To permanently store and record information and artifacts of the american paint horse and the people that have influenced the breed throughout history and to educate people in the ways the horse has influenced society throughout history. It will award scholarships to youth or other college bound individuals who have shown an interest in horsemanship and/or horses.
Programs: The heritage foundation is exhibiting various works of art depicting the american paint horse as well as educational artifacts related to the history of the breed and the people associated with their breeding, training, and working with this horse. One of its edcational purposes is to show how the american paint horse has been used in our culture through history. This information is on permanent and rotating display at space provided by the american paint horse association in fort worth, texas.
