The mondovi facility also offers outpatient therapy programs to provide extended therapy services to area community members in need of physical rehabilitation programs on an outpatient basis and to residents who discharge from the facility but require ongoing therapy on an outpatient basis. The majority of the long-term care residents at the mondovi program are also medicaid program beneficiaries.
