Mission: America Needs You (ANY) fights for economic mobility for ambitious, first-generation college students. We do this by providing transformative mentorship and intensive career development.

Geographic areas served: New York, New Jersey, California, and Illinois
Programs: intensive career development and transformative mentorship. Through a series of 28 career workshops, one-on-one mentorship, access to professional networks, and holistic academic and personal support, ANY provides ambitious, first-generation college students with the resources they need to persist in college, secure internships, earn bachelor's degrees, and begin successful careers. We leverage the time and talents of young professionals in an innovative, volunteer-driven model. Bolstered by our programming, our Fellows have achieved the following outcomes: * 94% of Fellows graduate from college within six years (compared to 11% of their peers nationally); * 92% of Fellows secure career-trajectory internships while enrolled in programming (compared to 64% nationally); * 87% of Fellow Alumni are employed full-time or enrolled in graduate school full-time within six months of college graduation; * 100% of community college Fellows have transferred successfully to a four-year school by the end of the program (compared to 14% nationally).
