Mission: The mission of ambleside school of the adirondacks is to provide familes and children in grades pre k through 6 with a living education, one where children are guided and empowered to author a full and free life by implementation of the ideas, pronciples and methods of charlotte mason, a british educator. Our students learn both inspirational and disciplinary subjects such as literature, math, science, nature study, music, art, picture study, history, bible, physical education, foreign language, composition, and composer study.
