Alzheimer's Community Care provides incredible resources and support for Alzheimer's patients, as well as their caregivers. Everyone knows someone with Alzheimer's and the work and advocacy ACC does everyday will make a huge impact on the future of this disease.
Alzheimer's Community Care does life-changing work in the community! Their specialized daycare centers truly give caregivers respite and peace of mind.
Everyone knows someone who has Alzheimer’s. Alzheimer's Community Care provides vital resources to these individuals and their family caregivers. I’m honored to be part of this organization and the loving care that it provides for so many.
I am a client who has a mother with ALZ being cared for by this facility. At first I was nervous seeking full time help Monday to Friday, I shed a few tears in the beginning, along with overcoming the anxiety of trusting individuals with her care.
The service they provide grew my reassurance daily, when I recognize their level of understanding and have a multifaceted team was exactly what my mom needed to navigate her days. They not only care for her but care for my overwhelming moments as well
They are not only a facility that offers ALZ care but also provides training to others aspiring to understand the care required in this field. ALZ is a disease which is associated with memory care and not many in the field are ideally trained to handle the specifics of the diagnosed patients care.
I appreciate the services provided by this specific branch located off of Australian Blvd and is grateful to the 6 caregivers who work tirelessly and patiently, giving my/our loved ones the care required to continue living life! Forever Grateful - with Grace
Alzcare has greatly improved our quality of life. My mom is 99 years old and has improved over the past year and a half due to the routine and stimulation that the Center provides. She had started to sleep a lot during the day and get weaker which would seem normal for a 98 year old however when I finally decided to accept the help offered not only did she improve but it gives my husband and I a chance to take care of things at home and take care of our own health and well being. As a "helicopter nurse daughter" I can full heartily recommend and encourage Alzcare Community Care!
My mom has been going to the center and I can’t thank the Alzheimer’s community center enough and the team for all they do each day! My mom loves going and has been doing amazing because of what she gets from the center. She has been going 1 year and what a blessing it has been. The activities they provide for them and the achievements they do has helped my mom so much. This also has been great for myself as a care giver there has been so many blessing that has come from having this center available. This a great place for people who have Alzheimer’s to go and feel safe and well taken care of. I know my mom is happy each day she goes and and I’m so grateful and appreciate having a program for her.
I so happy to have this day center in our lives. It lets me work and do my errands while I know my husband is in a safe environment with this group of ladies!
My Mom attends the Alzheimers Community Care Center in Stuart. IT gives my Mom an opportunity to socialize, play games, exercise, eat a meal with her peers, and enjoy herself. It is a lifesaver for us. Without the center we would not have the strength to care for my Mom full time.
I have been working with Alzheimer's Community Care since 2018, providing music to their care center attendees. The staff and administration of this organization is beyond wonderful and always helping. I can honestly say, that working with Alzheimer's Community Care has not only changed my professional life for the better, but has enriched my personal life as well.
Countless families with a loved one with Alzheimer’s have over the past 26 years and are today finding relief because they know their loved one is cared for, safe and enjoying the day because of the day center they are in has surrounded them in love. As a pastor of two churches that have day centers I have witnessed that care first hand and know many people who have witnessed it in their own families!
