Mission: The almaden valley women's club was founded in 1965. The purpose of our non-profit organization is to stimulate, by the active participation ofeach member, interest in the social,civic, and cultural improvement of our community.
Programs: Avwc awards scholarships to high school seniors with well-rounded academic and civic records. There were 6 individuals who received scholarships in amounts ranging from $500 to $1,700 per person.
