This place just out right sucks, only reason I gave it 1star is because I can't give it a negative star...
Have been a resident of over 4years and can't believe the bs, and some of the neighbors are pieces of crap as well..
The maintenance group is improperly trained, they do not do necessary repairs on timely fashion, so far in the last calendar year we've had nine inspections because they can't get their act together.
I am disabled and my wife is currently disabled because of broken back. We follow the plow guidelines and move vehicles so they can clean the parking lots. Subsequently when the plows go by on a private road they bury the vehicles making it physically impossible for me or her to go anywhere that's important and necessary such as doctor's appointments. I took it upon myself to use my truck to move the snow from around her car so we can make the doctor's appointment, The neighbors being so petty called the office and took pictures and says I'm plowing illegally when all I'm trying to do is move the snow from the car so we can get to the doctors SMH. All they would have to do is tell the plow people to push the snow on the other side of the road where there is no parking talk about not having any fn common sense since this is a private roadway leading into the units..
They say there is free heat,bs, the propane is free but the furnace uses as much energy as the electric stove so how in the hell is that free.
They do not have state approved handicap parking spots, or even New Hampshire housing approved parking spots that are van accessible.. I forgot to hang my placard and one of the nosy neighbors took a picture and said I was parked there illegally and sent the picture to the office which ended up being a chain of BS from the office.
They do not treat the tenants as people,all they give a crap about is their damn money. Their affiliation with the state of New Hampshire should be terminated immediately. There is no public playground for the kids in the development to play in in the nearest one is miles and miles and miles away at the local school which isn't local. That alone violates state housing laws and the other residents wonder why the kids have nothing to do except get into mischief.. something really needs to happen and get these people out of control before more bad things happen there and I'm speaking of the area in bow New Hampshire...Dicandra drive... At all costs do not even think about going there, we went there because it is a beautiful area but I am telling you many nice people moved out because they can't handle the way they were treated and I'm leaving as soon as possible.. some of the other people were blind physically and we're not even given handicapped accessibility... For your own safety and sanity do not go there or anywhere else with this company..
This company is awful!
The staff treats tenants terribly & breaks numerous tenants rights on a regular basis.
Their units in Rollinsford NH should not have residents living in them at this time they are not up to safety standards
They have numerous critical failures of federal housing inspection guidelines & I was told by multiple residents they are punished when they ask for things to be fixed. I fell & injured my ankle visiting a friend & was horrified by the state of the "newly renovated apartment" which is not complete after they moved them all out last spring/ summer to do the work! That was another nightmare for residents which ive encouraged them to find a lawyer for! This organization needs to be shut down for the way they have been abusing the people in their care! We are landlords & Im absolutely disgusted by this behavior it is criminal. The state/ tenants should be reimbursed for having to live in this hellscape
One tenant was even forced to live there after multiple violent crimes were committed against her. She said she asked to be moved after each violent crime because she was terrified which legally she is supposed to be moved. Yet they told her she wasn't allowed to move & blamed her.
These are slumlords & criminals do not get involved with these people! Whatever you do.... DO NOT MOVE IN TO ONE OF THEIR APARTMENTS! You could just as easily become one of their victims too!
Seriously they trapped a VIETNAM VET in a WHEELCHAIR on the 2nd floor w/ a non-handicap accessible bathroom then bullied him & his wife when they asked for help or to be moved!
How can these people sleep at night yes i am mad! I just heard so many story from several of the victims AKA tenants who live in the Beccarus Ave apartments in Rollinsford NH!
