I am on food stamps and usually run out of food stamps real fast and within the first two weeks. First of all, they provide only food that will make you sick. Like canned food and Jiffy peanut butter full of hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated and diglycerides and monoglycerides and then they were asking outrageous questions for those deadly foods. I would not try to get help from them. We know Colon for Collin county is real corrupt. Because we see the sitting mayor of Allen, Texas now, some woman's background be Allen Community Outreach, we also see Chris Hill, Colon for Collin County Commissioners Judge in this place. My experience is that my mortgage information is really none of their business to get their deadly food. Their canned food and their Jiffy peanut butter for disgusting. Altogether I give it a F- and I can not figure out for the life of me how they are funneling our taxes through this place.

Mission: ACO Transforms Lives by addressing basic human service needs for the residents of Allen, Fairview and Lucas.
Programs: ACO's programs include information and referral, rent and utility assistance, job bank counseling and placement, youth scholarships, the ACO Resale Shop(which grew out of a clothes closet), confidential counseling, Meals-On-Wheels & More, Fill-the-Bus school supply drive, Thanksgiving food boxes, and Christmas Adopt a Child, Teen, or Senior. According to the most recent information gathered from the outcomes of ACO, the total client database consists of 57% women, head of household with 3 or 4 children living on $15,000 annually. The three major ethnicities were served almost equally - Blacks 26%, Caucasian 35%, and Hispanic population 35%. Almost 72% of these counseled individuals qualified as low income families. The population in Allen ISD reported that 27% of its children grades K-6 qualify for the Free or Reduced Lunch Program. These families are the individuals who create a new profile referred to as the "working poor."
