Mission: Allegheny RiverStone Center for the Arts is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit arts organization founded in 2005 and located in Foxburg, Pennsylvania. ARCA’s mission is to provide stimulating and enriching professional arts and education programs, touching the lives of thousands of people living in the six county, Allegheny Valley Region – Clarion, Venango, Armstrong, Butler, Mercer and Crawford counties – and thereby contributing to the economic growth and vitality of the region.
ARCA provides an annual series of concerts and events in various idioms, including classical music recitals, chamber music, jazz, popular and Celtic music; Wurlitzer Theatre Organ concerts; cabaret; dance; drama; literature; film and visual arts. Fine arts exhibits are presented in The Red Brick Gallery on Main Street in Foxburg. Concerts are presented in ARCA’s home in Lincoln Hall in Foxburg, The Church of Our Father in Foxburg, the Allegheny Clarion Valley High School Auditorium, on the Foxburg Green and on the grounds of RiverStone Farms.

Allegheny RiverStone Center for the Arts (ARCA) is a non-profit arts council dedicated to bringing the best in the Performing Arts to Western Pennsylvania and to neighboring communities.
During the past several years many uplifting and inspiring classical music performances have been offered along with an array of musical performances covering a variety of genres.
The organization also sponsors joint cultural community events and has sponsored several programs in support of the literary arts. Lectures, tours, bird watching and special events of many kinds have benefited ARCA members and supporters.
Lincoln Hall, the home of ARCA's 'McKissick Mighty Wurlitzer' has acquainted local audiences with the performance capabilities of a genuine Wurlitzer Theatre Organ. Lincoln Hall also serves as the performance center for most of ARCA's Performance Season.
This organization is praiseworthy in that it has offered a great variety of arts experiences to not only the area but to adjoining communities.
