I was nominated for a Holiday Blessing by someone I know that works for AUCP. Knowing how I was struggling with finances and giving my son a Christmas, AUCP awarded my son with a holiday blessing bought him a winter jacket and clothes, and even bought him some toys. This was very thoughtful and it helped so much for Christmas. Thank you so much Alleghenies Cerebral Palsy!

I have worked along side Alleghenies United Cerebral Palsy for the past 11 years. The willingness to create partnerships make for an impactful organization. The people that make up this organization are truly dedicated to our community. The commitment, passion and dedication to our industry shown by the staff has confirmed the real reasons we enter into social services. The agency and leadership are consistently growing new programs that are mission and vision driven. Over the years I have had the opportunity to learn from their drive and commitment. AUCP is a huge resource to our community.

Hi! My name is Don Yeager of 1ST SUMMIT BANK in Johnstown PA. I am a Board Member of Alleghenies United Cerebral Palsy. My post is one of appreciation for Leadership and TEAM. Tammy Rhoades runs a terrific organization and has a wonderful TEAM with her. They have a tremendous passion for what they do and are consistently recognized with high ratings from the managed care organizations they work with. They also put in a lot of time and perform their duties in order to be an accredited organization which is a great achievement. All in all this is a wonderfully run organization and I appreciate the opportunity to Play a small role in it’s success.

I have been a Board Member for Alleghenies UCP for over 2 years. This company runs better than most companies that I have been affiliated with. The leadership of the company from the director down is amazing. The company has picked up several more locations and continues to thrive. Through all of the issues with insurances and MCO's, this company has not only remained afloat, it has far exceeded other companies in the state. Alleghenies UCP definitely far exceeds any expectation that I have had.

I have worked with the agency since 2014. I have to say what a great experience it has been working for this company. Seeing how hard working the staff are daily, and to see the passion behind these coordinators is great. I really enjoy hearing the participants talk about how great the staff are when it came to getting an issue fixed, or just how good the participant feels that the staff call to follow up on how they are doing. I am proud to be apart of this team and I am looking forward to many more years of working with the team and helping with our participants.

Alleghenies United Cerebral Palsy (AUCP) did way more than I thought was possible. I am paralyzed with my hips fused and have a traumatic brain injury. I have been with AUCP since about 2005 or 2006. I would suggest and recommend that organization to everyone with a disability, because of how much they did for me.

I've been employed with AUCP for one year. Wonderful organization to work for. The dedicated and trained staff will go above and beyond to ensure the needs of consumers are met. They also provide superb quality case management services to consumers and loved across the state of Pennsylvania. As a unit, the cohesive staff works well together and continues to motivate and accomplish goals.
