Causes: Job Training
Mission: Our mission is to demonstrate the value of D&I and foster greater inclusion and equality across society
Results: Diversity & Inclusion in Entrepreneurship represents our first successful example of a focused research area with multiple projects. Entrepreneurship, like many other fields, is seeing an increasingly uneven playing field, with significant disadvantages for women, people of color, and those living outside of a small set of major cities that attract most funding and resources. Our own passion for entrepreneurship fuels our desire to leverage our research to help level the playing field. On the heels of our successful MBDA project, and while conducting a successful project for the Kauffman Foundation, we have big plans to expand this into a major program.
