I am thrilled to share a milestone that makes all our efforts at Al Ayn Social Care Foundation USA (Al-Ayn.org) worthwhile.

About sixteen months ago, I left my role as the Global Head of Software Asset Management at Morgan Stanley, a position I had dreamt of as the pinnacle of my career. Despite the success, there remained a void within me—a feeling of not doing enough to give back to the world that has blessed me with so much. This led me to join Al Ayn Social Care Foundation USA, an organization dedicated to empowering orphaned children to reach their potential.

The journey has not been easy, but it has been incredibly rewarding. Today, I am delighted to announce that Al-Diwaniyah province in Iraq, one of the most impoverished areas I have had the blessing of visiting, has achieved a remarkable milestone. Through the unwavering support of our donors and grassroots efforts, we have successfully registered all orphaned children in this province.

Al-Diwaniyah is now the first province in Iraq without any orphaned children living in poverty.

This accomplishment underscores the power of community and the impact we can have when we come together to support those in need. Thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey. Together, we are making a difference.

I have the privilege of working for Al-Ayn and seeing at first-hand how they are helping orphaned children in Iraq, Afghanistan and Ghana is something really special. I left the trip feeling really super comfortable of where the money goes to and very inspired of amazing projects that have been developed.
