Mission: Provide services to the akron area residents in the area of education, tutoring, job and mental health services. Organization has national accredidation to provide mental health services. Mbhg also provides mental health provention services to the akron community through several churches and other not for profit organizations.
Programs: Organization continues to provide mental health services to many school age children in akron ohio. Many of these childred have no insurance or are under insured and qualfy for medicaid benefits. Additional services include outpatient behavioral health counseling and therapy, adult educational services, consultation, training and workshop presentation and prevention services.
