Mission: Our organization's mission is to privide food, clothing, education, and a safe environment for battered, abused, and homeless women and children in their time of need, as well as to enhance their opportunities for a normal and better life.
Programs: Aqua y mas (aym) operated a home for exploited children/youth in mexico in 2017. The mexican government sent the children to the home, but gives no support of any kind. There is an average of 40 children in the home at any given time, all of whom are being educated at aym expense, as schools are not free there. There are 6 teenage girls who were rescued from prostitution, living in the home. They are all in school and doing well. Aym provides love and care for the unloved. One example: aym was called when a 3 hour old baby was abandoned on hospital steps. He was a drug baby with a hole in his heart. He is now 2 years old, drug free, and the hole has been repaired, and he is thriving. There are so many success stories, with many of the children adopted or returned to relatives; but more children keep arriving. All expenses are paid through donations.
