Agenacare Community Medicine is a strong organization. Every interaction I have had with leadership has been positive, professional, and responsive. My company does not sponsor golf tournaments - but when they mentioned they were hosting one - we became a sponsor! We love the work they are doing for our community members. Their innovative mobile "we come to the patient" model is granting free access to so many of our medically underserved in rural Virginia.

We are committed to education and improving the experience of healthcare for our patients, in their own setting, by closing the care gaps. Therefore, resulting in an overall improvement of our community's health and wellbeing.

Geographic areas served: Roanoke, Virginia
Programs: Agenacare Community Medicine provides free Mobile Integrated Healthcare to the medically underserved populations of our community. Our service area is a 50 mile radius from Roanoke, Virginia. We are opening the doors for our community to a healthcare model that is liable to change healthcare as we know it. Not only will we be making enormous strides in the healthcare quality for our patients, but we will be increasing emergency services response time by eliminating unnecessary utilization resulting in their ability to quickly respond to true emergencies throughout our community.
