The charity also continued to have a branch office in nairobi to help oversee and facilitate the liquidation of the clinic's assets in an orderly manner. The charity had no fundraising activity during 2014. In november of 2012, the board of directors of the charity approved a plan of liquidation. As a result, the charity has changed its basis of accounting from the going concern basis to the liquidation basis of accounting effective november 30, 2012. In 2013, the charity began the process of an orderly liquidation of its assets.
