Mission: To improve the well being of afghan elders in the san francisco bay area by providing culturally appropriate preventive health programs and connections to available community resources
Programs: Healthy aging program - a weekly forum for senior aghan women to socialize with one another and to improve their mental and physical health.
health promoter program - to care for homebound afghan seniors; currently seven health care professionals provide services to afghan seniors to help them with their emotional and physical needs.
