Mission: Affordable Housing Alternatives (AHA) California is a nonprofit corporation whose mission it is to make the American dream of home ownership possible by providing housing to low-income families through the purchase, renovation and resale of homes primarily in rural areas of Northern California. The construction of attractive, affordable, quality prefabricated homes to this market segment is also a priority. For those families who qualify, opportunities will be given to earn "sweat equity" in the construction of their own home. AHA is also dedicated to job creation and training utilizing local county and state programs.
Programs: Construction of new homes and/or rehabilitation of existing homes.
