Mission: Advoguard, inc. 's primary purpose is to provide guardianship to the indigent or to those who can no longer care for themselves.
Programs: Advoguard, inc. Serves as a court appointed guardian of the person and estate of individuals. As guardian, we advocate for the individual's specific needs, including, but not limited to; health care decisions, monitoring antipsychotic medications and treatment plans, life necessities, money management, estate planning and preservation of the liberty interests. Advoguard, inc. Advocates for all individual's rights, including the right of diginity, maintenence of civil and personal rights and will always endeavor to use the least restrictive means of providing guardianship services. Advoguard, inc. Provides these services without acting as an attorney for their wards, so that no conflict of interest will ever arise.
