Causes: Developmentally Disabled Centers, Disabilities, Human Services
Mission: To empower individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, and to promote the inclusion of people with developmental disabilities in all aspects of our community. Advocates incorporated provides advocacy, support, information and case management.
Programs: Self determination - developing person centered plans that financially allows an individual with a disability to acess the supports needed to reach certain valued outcomes. 451 persons were served in 2017.
medicaid service coordination - provided service coordination to individuals with developmental disabilities. 606 individuals receiving 6,463 annual units of service.
family support services - provide support to families with children with developmental disabilities through, recreation, transportation, training, information, and supplies to 1,398 individuals.
