Mission: To design, improve, and sustain state systems delivering home and community-based services and supports for people who are older or have a disability, and their caregivers.
Programs: Conferences - two conferences per year. One large multidiscipline conference providing information, promising practices, technology advances, and federal guidance, on home and community based services for consumers of all ages and abilities. A second smaller conference.
membership services - provide telephonic and onsite technical assistance and support to state aging and disability directors and long term services and supports medicaid directors; support two websites; a weekly electronic newsletter; and all state calls to support improvement in home and community based services and supports for seniors, individuals with disabilities and their caregivers.
