Advance Community Health Center has been my primary health provider over 40 years, since 1977. Although I have had several several health providers during my tenure with ACHC, each provider gave me excellent care and health advice through good health times and through several health crisis I have experienced over the years. ACHC is a nonprofit, federally funded health care or ganization whose primary mission is to serve the underserved of our community so those who have fewer funds to receive excellent health may receive the excellent care when needed. A healthier community can make greater contributions to our community as a whole. Thanks to Advance Community Health Center for fulfilling this vital community need in Wake and Franklin Counties. We have several sites providing health services in Wake County and one site in Franklin County. It is a joy for me to not only receive my health care at ACHC but I also serve ACHC as a member of the Board. Consider ACHC as your health care provider as I have been a great deal of my adult life. I am now a proud member of our Senior Center.

I love how there is a variety of health care under one roof. I can go there for my primary care and my dental. My kid can also go for pediatrics. There is also an on-site pharmacy where eligible people may receive discounts in order to get their medications.

ACH is community focused and serves all, including vulnerable populations that experience disproportionate health disparities. With a variety of services from dental to pharmacy and behavioral health/substance use disorder and multiple service delivery sites, ACH provides affordable, accessible, quality care to all.
