I can't believe how blind I was to think i could trust my troubled teenage daughter. They literally manipulated me & gave me a false reality. I feel I was doing the right thing & now that my child is 18 the reasons I choose foster care for her weren't taken seriously

THAT DIRECTOR NEEDS TO GO TO SCHOOL FOR ETHICAL TRAINING AND MAYBE HER STAFF WOULD LEARN ABOUT THE OATH YOU TAKE TO PROTECT CHILDREN . THEY ARE PATHETIC .
Professional staff and agency. The staff really care about kids and families. I've read the other comments and just have to say I disagree with everything. Sometimes the agency has to make difficult decisions to NOT allow relatives to adopt kids and it's understandable that they get upset, but it's not OK to bash them because of that. This agency has children's welfare and best interest at heart. They are honest, ethical and professional.
I rate this Agency 0 stars, they don't deserve even one star. They should be ashamed of how they operate . I recently found out that this has been going on for years, they have quite the reputation. I guess others whom have gone through the same treatment through this unprofessional Adoption Agency are exhausted mentally and physically and are unable to afford or challenge them in court. This is the reason they never return phone calls, never let you know whats happening, and the worst is they tell untruths about whatever they feel they heard and won't ask about it and just put it in your report. MCI makes the final decision is a lie, they agree with whatever the Adoption and Foster Care Specialist decision was . They will tell you different but they are in this together and just as Corrupt. This Agency has a responsibility for little children who have nobody to protect them . How have they been able to get away with being untruthful, Rude, No emotions, Cognizant of Employees telling lies and laugh about it, 2 years and 4 months working with a specialist and 2 phone calls , the rest emails to her Supervisor. A Specialist who is unprofessional makes decisions on approvals and denials and everyone follows. My case was purchased out by the state to the Adoption And Foster Care Specialist . Nobody has challenged them and I will make sure this SCAM is uncovered and they will be out of business. Leading people in the wrong direction and not listening to them when they are pleading for help is wrong.
Unprofessional in every aspect. They will tell you what they think you want to hear even if it’s not the truth. High staff turnover.

The women who calls herself “the president” Yelled at a foster youth in front of hospital staff. Called the foster youth worthless in the presence of the hospital social worker. Then went on to tell the youth how inconvenient this was to have to get him assessed at the hospital.
