docktails - on the first monday of each month from november through april, the club holds docktail parties for members only. These casual, complimentary cocktail parties with hors d'oeuvres are held around the clubhouse pool and marina facility. Typically music is supplied, sometimes supplied by our very own "groupers. " the members in this group are almost all yacht club members who have played professionally. These evenings draw large, enthusiastic crowds!

acyc has three major formal events during the yachting season, with our season opener the third week in november, traditionally the commissioning of the fleet. The commodore's ball, usually a black tie affair, is held in late january. Near the end of april, we celebrate the new commodore and bridge of officers with the change of the watch.
