Programs: The mission of the driving away the cold program is clear and simple; to provide new winter coats to local children in need who would otherwise go without them. The foundation's driving away the cold program received support from 184 local new car dealerships to help it provide 50,052 new winter coats to impoverished children in the greater philadelphia area in the fall of 2017. The foundation partnered with 210 non-profit organizations, including school districts and branches of the ymca, to get the coats to the children who need them most.

this grant was made to the children's hospital of philadelphia and was designated for the department of nursing, a force of 4,000 caregivers. The funds will support the department's patient/family education initiatives - including hiring of additional nurse educators and development of resources to innovate and expand patient and family education across the hospital's network.

the greater philadelphia automotive technology competition for high school seniors promotes auto technology as a wise career choice and it encourages students to continue their auto education while it provides a venue for them to compete for scholarships and tools. In 2018, the foundation hosted the 25th annual greater philadelphia automotive technology competition for high school seniors. Students from 40 area automotive technology programs were eligible to compete for prizes that ease the financial burden of continuing their auto education. The winning team advanced to the national automotive technology competition at the new york auto show. The foundation provided an all-expenses paid trip to manhattan for this prestigious event.
