water towers -approximately 23,000 children die every year in uganda from unsanitary drinking water. To obtain safe drinking water, many children walk several miles every day before and after school. Often, children do not even attend school because they spend the day collecting water for their families. Major sources of water for most people are bacteria-infected swamps. Using this water leads to deadly water-borne diseases, such as typhoid and cholera. Thanks to the financial support of acts 1:8 ministry's partners and friends, the 108th water tower has been completed in uganda. These water towers provide a safe, clean and convenient source of water for the villages in uganda.
