Good Idea But Poorly Run Organization—Actions, Inc of Brazoria County
Update: No website; leadership nonexistent & uninterested in answering to the public it’s supposed to be serving; not reliable as some staff overworked and others apparently not worked at all; too large an area to be serving with inadequate coverage due to the reasons cited above. Would not recommend as could not rely on this organization to consistently provide the services needed for it’s elderly clientele as after signed up for services, it is hit or miss if they are able to even answer the phones to schedule requests, let alone actually be available to do what the program was designed for.
