Mission: ACKC advocates for increased kidney cancer research funding. ACKC is advocating increasing kidney cancer research funding National Cancer Institute in order to eliminate its underfunding. ACKC is attempting to secure funding for more than one kidney cancer Specialized Programs of Research Exellence (SPORE). ACKC is advocating the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to develop public health activities aimed at reducing kidney cancer morbidity and mortality. ACKC will encourage urological and oncological trainees to enter kidney cancer research.
