When my family contacted Acadiana Safety in an exhausted effort to obtain monitoring with an ankle bracelet as a condition of my bond for a DWI, we expected to be financially abused as proposed by other providers. Unjustifiable strap on fees based on occupation, followed by month’s payment in advance, and let us not forget the removal fee. I felt the calm and confidence in my wife’s voice when I called her, as she explained in detail what Acadiana Safety had offered.

As promised, Acadiana Safety came to the jail and secured my release. The agent discussed their program and offered assistance and support for my legal journey. Acadiana Safety drove me to their office, covering all the parameters required in an effort to ensure my success. My wife at the office, we were given private time and offered soft drinks, coffee, and snacks while completing the enrollment process, greeted me.

It was reassuring to be around a genuinely sympathetic and caring people, after experiencing the disrespectful staff that strangely was shoved down my throat in court and by the jail staff. I question the legality of providers standing next to judges in courtrooms and not being allowed to pick from a list of local providers. Stand up for your rights, knowing them serves no good.

Acadiana Safety was able to provide an Ignition Interlock Device and Driver Improvement School, both at discounted rates. This nonprofit truly serves the community by already offering cheaper rates across the board without discounts, along with personal assistance. I was able to obtain SR22 Insurance next door and in no time, we were on our way to the Office of Motor Vehicles for my Hardship License.

Months later, I was faced with a situation with the Office of Motor Vehicles with little hope for resolution. Acadiana Safety stepped in as part of their customer service and provided remediation, obtaining complete resolution at no extra charge. Always friendly, helpful, and making time for everyone, I saw while at their office for over a year.

Clients that I spoke with all had similar experiences with Acadiana Safety and we utilize our relationship to help guide our efforts into full compliance and a better future. Highly recommending Acadiana Safety is a gross understatement. The first phone call will demonstrate my positive and uplifting experience.

My wife and I now volunteer in our area of the community, giving back what we learned from the staff at Acadiana Safety. We have never volunteered before and we are grateful to now have the opportunity. Acadiana Safety offers so much more, call if you are ready for change, leaving the senseless and brutal providers to their own demise.
