Mission: The Academic-Industry Research Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization devoted to the proposition that a sound understanding of the dynamics of industrial development requires collaboration between academic scholars and industry experts. Since 2010, AIRnet has enabled scholars and experts to interact in generating incisive analyses of corporate innovation, competition, and financialization across industries and nations. AIRnet's goal is to understand the ways in which, through investment in innovation, business corporations can engage in progressive value creation and contribute to “sustainable prosperity” by sharing the gains of innovation with stakeholders to support stable and equitable productivity growth that benefits broader societies and communities.
