Causes: Job Training, Vocational Rehabilitation
Mission: Promote and facilitate employment and training opportunities for individuals who possess barriers to employment, particularly those individuals with physical or mental disabilities and those who are economically disadvantaged or impoverished.
Programs: Able solutions provided work training for 87 persons with barriers to employment, including but not limited to persons with disabilities. Supervisors provide on-the-job training in the areas of attendance, proper workplace behavior, and communication. Asi helps persons with barriers create work histories as well as improve their skills all while earning a paycheck.
