My journey with Able Inc. has been a surprising and deeply fulfilling one. Though I had been exposed to intellectual disabilities in my personal life, I never expected that serving this community would become such a significant part of my story.
The work I do at Able Inc. is vital because it revolves around understanding and accepting our clients as the unique individuals they are. Their achievements are their own, yet I am grateful for the opportunities Able Inc. provides to help them reach their goals. The future may be uncertain, but one thing is clear: I am thankful for the opportunity Able Inc. has given me to serve this extraordinary community. Now, as the Public Relations and Fundraising Coordinator, I look forward to enhancing our organization's outreach and financial support, continuing to share the inspiring stories of our clients and their achievements.

Mission: Training and placement of the developmentally disabled.
Programs: Offsite
organizational employment services (oes) - the purpose of oes (work center) is to permit each trainee the opportunity to acquire, develop, and refine work skills and attitudes important to individual vocational success. Work training provides the "curriculum" which enables trainees to acquire skills critical to vocational growth and independence. Training can include, but is not limited to, improved stamina, increased productivity, workplace maturities, safe work practices, improved fine and gross motor skills, interpersonal skill development, quality control, job accommodation strategies, community work environments.
adult day services - able's life skills learning center offers individuals served the opportunity to develop and refine social, interpersonal, and work skills. The program focuses on individuals with disabilities requiring more intensive supervision and living skill development.
