Abhyudaya is run by committed volunteers which provides free tuition for under privileged kids. As a volunteer I have seen the kids for a few months. The kids are not only guided in their classwork, but also imparted social skills. From time to time, notebooks and other materials are distributed free of cost. Amazing to see the passion of the founders and volunteers in helping the kids. Volunteers work tirelessly to see the kids achieve their potential. The kids are from poor background and end up in English medium schools some how without understanding few basic words. Here ay Abhyudaya, they were taught from basics so that they have a chance of completing their school.Without Abhyudaya, they will be lost. Hope more volunteers join this beautiful organization to lend a hand.

An excellent organisation made up of dedicated volunteers & supporters who are working tirelessly to stay true to their motto of providing education to the socially deprived. It is really heartwarming to see the students putting their best in such an environment & come out with stellar performances. The successful results every year speaks volumes of the hard work put in by each one of them to make the most of the opportunities given. It is truly a privilege to be associated with this unique organisation in some way who are contributing in their own way towards nation building.Keep up the great work Abhyudaya.

Greatness doesn't lie with expectation, but in struggle. And Abhyudaya personifies it with selfless service to those dreams which don't see opportunities. It is one of the few organisations where I have seen beneficiaries become benefactors and the circle builds on. An institution in the making and may it grow to heights to serve more and more! Proud to be a part of it! Jai Hind!

I know abhyudaya from past 4 years and all that i have got and learnt is inspiration, hard work, being selfless and happiness of sharing the knowledge with the society. I have been a volunteer there and it feels like a home away from home. It is an organization which teaches you so many things to move forward in life. I am more than happy to encounter this organization and it gives me self satisfaction being with children which helps me feel young. It is helping India, our country to get better as we just don't educate the children with respect to schooling but even more like ethics, mannerism and culture. Abhyudaya has helped many aspirants to achieve their goals. It enhances the kids mentally and physically which helps in building confidence such that the children will never give up on anything and move forward facing all the obstacles to reach their goals. I would like to continue with abhyudaya for coming years and wish that it grows further more so that we can reach more aspirants.

I stay close to abhyudaya and was watching the volunteers helping the kids with class 10 preparation and few volunteers teaching younger ones with a great enthusiasm.
I was impressed with the teams passion, involvement and approached them to be a volunteer. Wholeheartedly the team welcomed me and I became an integral part of abhyudaya.
Volunteering here gives me a great sense of satisfaction .

Serving nation through service.

I was on an adventure around the bannerughata forest, and stumbled upon a poor needy family with kids. Hence wanted to help them .. but to my surprise I found them to be happy and content. Later they told me that their kids were cared by abhyudaya hence needed no help.

Thanks for the great service..

I have come across many NGO where the operating cost will be very high as the management on NGO take huge salaries. But Abhyudaya is made of volunteers where the administrative expense is very less and most of the donations reach the end recipient.

Many NGO lack transparency, but in Abhyudaya they post updates regularly in social media, in newsletter and annual reports which gives the patrons and donors clear idea on what is going on.

Abhyudaya has made lot of impact in the society, personally seen how children from lower income groups have got benefited from the free coaching centers. When ever I come across any poor person in my neighbourhood i ask them to come to abhyudaya.

I am a volunteer with Abhyudaya for close to 5 years now.
This NGO stands out from most other NGOs by way of ensuring that donations reach the intended beneficiaries without any leakage or unwanted expenses.
Further Abhyudaya inspires the beneficiaries to turn into volunteers and build sense of giving back to society.
It provides a platform for those who intend to help the needy but do not know where / how to start.
Best wishes to this wonderful organization and the selfless team running this orgnization.

Abhyudaya is a 9 year old project focusing on socially deprived children especially in the domain of education. I am privileged to be associated with this organisation for the last 5 years. They run more than 80 tuition centers in the very locations where the beneficiaries live. They also run other programs such as Vidhyanidhi and tuition programs for SSLC exam appearing students. The selfless service provided by Abhyudaya and its volunteers is commendable and exemplary. I wish Abhyudaya great success in all its future endevours to reach more and more socially deprived children and give them a chance to progress in life. I also request members of civil society to recognise and support Abhyudaya in a big way, so that the noble work can continue and expand.

I got to know about this institution called Abhyudaya and the wonderful bunch of super dedicated people involved in this institution about 2 years back through a friend of mine. Initially I thought I would just donate some amount, as is usually done by many, for a good cause. But then I had also heard stories about of many other "high flying and much hyped up NGOs" where the so call volunteers only travel by taxis or by air, or operate from air conditioned offices.

Having chosen to retire from work, I felt I must spend time to "investigate" the kind of work being done by Abhyudaya. I must humbly submit that I was moved by the humility and dedication of the volunteers. I started accompanying the volunteers to the slums, meeting the children and parents, learnt how they engaged with them and encouraged them to send their children for the after school tuitions, imbibed a sense of control & pride that education would give over their lives. I also got involved in helping fund raising in a small way.

The interaction with the volunteers helped understand what it means to "do your good bit to the society". Meeting the children helped understand their dreams and aspirations, while many being in abject poverty, but with hope and dedication to do well in studies, many yearning to become Engineers, Doctors, IAS Officers, Teachers & Professors, Police Officers, Make Films, Pilots and wanting to break the proverbial ceilings .

Over a period of time, I go so involved that I felt that there is no way I would sit back and just be a 'financial contributor". I decided to enrol myself as a volunteer to engage with the children to teach them one or two subjects, where I can help, after school hours in one of the Free Tuitions Centre near my place of stay.

Since last two academic years [this would the 3rd], my experience in teaching has given me tremendous insights and satisfaction. The kids are extremely excited to learn and they have show remarkable & tangible improvement in their learning. The Schools - mostly Government - have not only acknowledged this but also shared that the engagement levels and participation, attendance, etc of these children have improved.

By the way, I must definitely add that most of the volunteers are employed professionals and have come together with the sole aim of doing their bit to support socially deprived in their education [after school hours] through free learning and providing scholarships to as many needy children as possible.

If you like my review, best way you can acknowledge is by making a financial contribution as also becoming a volunteer.

Superb organisation with dedicated volunteers making a huge difference via additional free tuitions and scholarships impacting 3600 kids from underprivileged sections of society - each year! My daughter also volunteered in summer and came away hugely enriched from that experience!
