I'm not a huge believer in charities, after hearing all the horror stories I've become a bit cynical toward big foundations collecting money without doing my research. However, I've had the privilege of spending two days in the last year with these guys while catering their fundraiser casino nights and these are some really good people doing some really good things. The energy they give off is infectious and you can tell every single person on the team is passionate about what they're doing.
We were blessed to meet the ABC Hopes crew a few years back at the Anaheim Farmers Market and man do they make a lasting impression! I remember meeting Christopher, Katie and Mike (dad) all are a great people! We've been blessed to have been a part of several events and all I can say is they inspire us to be better people. Seeing all the things the program does, how they really go in wholeheartedly is beautiful to witness! We LOVE ABC Hopes and hope they continue to grow touching lives like they have ours!
I have never seen a more caring or hard working nonprofit than ABC Hopes. They truly care about the young people with disabilities that they serve and they strive to help them become as healthy and self sufficient as they can.
