A soldiers child foundation not only offers great experiences through camps, but also helps children that have lost a military parent find healing and hope! The children that they serve receive birthday presents, and also gain a family that can never be broken!

This agency is doing amazing and important work. They serve a group in our communities that no one else is serving, but everyone should be. As a veteran, I understand the sacrifice and hardships of Gold Star children. Daryl Mackin puts his heart and soul into these kids. If you attend one event, you will see it, and more important, you will feel it. A Soldiers Child is doing amazing work!

The most amazing non-profit I’ve ever known, A Soldier’s Child Foundation (ASC) has made a huge impact on my family personally. After the loss of our soldier, ASC has faithfully sent amazing birthday boxes filled with great presents each year for all four of my children. My children have also attended life-changing, positive-impacting camps throughout the years.

Right now they are at Journey Camp which is a week long camp in the summertime. Because of ASC, my children and I have made lifelong friends with other children and parents who have experienced the same type of military loss in their own families. It’s more than just a non-profit... it’s a family! ❤️

I try to volunteer as much as possible, and the staff at ASC is absolutely amazing. They truly love each and every child they serve, show tremendous honor to the fallen, and give hope to the families for a better and brighter future.

A Soldier’s Child Foundation is the
most amazing non-profit I’ve discovered in America.

This past summer I spent the majority of my time serving this wonderful organization. It is an experience I will never forget, because of the people I was surrounded by. They serve children who lost a parent in battle by celebrating their birthdays and providing camps that help these kids overcome. I personally saw the impact made on their lives, and in those moments I changed for the better. A new light became known to me, and I am a joyful person because of it. This organization is certainly about the kids it serves, but it touches anyone it comes in contact with. If you have the chance, I highly recommend getting involved with this organization anyway you can.
