A Miner Miracle

A Miner Miracle is a social enterprise that delivers on its mission. The leadership has found a niche in the marketplace that allows the organization to generate revenue for the individuals served. A Miner Miracle provides designer clothes at a very low purchase price to the general public and the funds support the organization's clients. The executive director is always looking for new alternative revenue streams, new ways to engage donors and volunteers, and new ways to reduce costs associated with delivering services and generating revenue. The executive director has been able to reposition the organization to take advantage of new opportunities as they arise and to overcome unforseen challenges.

I have been involved with A Miner Miracle for almost 6 years now. It is an amazing organization that provides an un-thought of and very critical service for a lot of men and women who would never get a job and be independent and empowered were it not for this organization. Iʼve done it all at A Miner Miracle, worked in the office, worked the fundraising sales, talked to and encouraged the clients and staff members alike. I recently moved from San Francisco to North Carolina and wish there were organizations like A Miner Miracle here to help people coming off welfare and out of programs learn to dress and present themselves for job interviews. Anywhere that poverty exists, A Miner Miracle needs to be. The Miracle is major in the lives of these men and women.

As A Miner Miracle's insurance agents, we have seen the wonderful work they do in helping women and men move into the job market and become self sufficient members of society. they do more than just provide clothing they instill a sense of self esteem in their receipients.
