We are giving 5 starts to all the amazing people who make saving lives so much easier: our incredible donors and volunteers! Together we can change their future - the no-kill way.

Thanks to you through all of our valuable programs we can help those pets most in need. At AHP every pet counts, doesn't matter if they need life-saving intervention, urgent medical care or have a loving family that has fallen on hard times and just need some pet food to get by.

The staff and volunteers at A Helping Paw are simply incredible. Though they face many challenges daily, they remain positive and work diligently. Their care of the pets goes way beyond most standards with each and every pet getting indivdual care, often times you will find special blankets or stuffed animals and toys in each of their cages. They pass this respect on to everyone who visits as well, understanding that each customer or potential adopter has special needs and they try to assist each one individually. They help make our facility a very warm and welcoming place to visit.
