A Child's Hope International, Inc. is an organization near and dear to my heart! It provides my family, partially built by multiple adoptions, a way to serve orphans without gaining any more brothers and sisters! LOL It also makes that service possible since we cannot afford to take our larger family on missions trips to serve orphans, but we can afford to occasionally go to Cincinnati for the day to serve orphans by packing meals. The leadership at A Child's Hope is nothing less than phenomenal, and we feel like we're going home to family on the days we serve each year! Thank you for a job well done!
My family has volunteered with A Child's Hope International in some capacity over the last ten years. It is a great place to bring groups of family and friends and work together toward the goal of feeding orphans and vulnerable children here where we live and around the world.
Exceptional organization from A-Z! Most important, in 2017, 92.8% of each dollar goes to providing for the vulnerable children here in the US and abroad whether it be high protein meals, clean water, hygiene packs, etc. In years prior, the organization maintained 91% of each dollar toward the children in great need. These efforts are stellar and represent the great integrity woven throughout every aspect of the organization. It's a rare thing to see these days...
In addition, great energy is directed to adoptions, foster care, and orphan care yet most folks know the organization mostly for the Humanitarian Relief - supplying high protein meals & water. So much more than you see is happening and its fantastic!
Our family volunteers and donates to the worldwide effort of this organization to come along side the orphan and the disadvantaged. Feeding the starving, providing the ability to have clean water, and advocating for adoption and foster care are key goals of this organization.
This group makes a life saving difference in the lives of children. Their work is commendable because they accomplish a great deal with very little. There are not many non-profits around these days that are as efficient and well organized. Our family loves this group!

We support this ministry and believe strongly in their mission to feed hungry children and provide support for foster parents and those wishing to adopt. We have participated in several food packs at the Hope Factory; it's such an exciting experience. Larry Bergeron, founder and director, certainly puts his heart and soul into this work.
They are super-organized and highly-energized so the experience is fun and satisfying for kids and adults alike. You leave the factory knowing you have made a difference in the life of a child!
My family and I LOVE to help with Hands Against Hunger, packaging meals that are shipped all over the world and USA. I appreciate how well organized it is, whether you're a first-timer or a "regular", there is always a friendly person to help with any questions. But truly, it's such a great experience every time because it is such a well-run organization! They have great info, great presentations that explain everything! You can watch a demo of their water purification system and even taste a sample of the food that is shipped! Something the whole family can do together as well as something any aged group can do and know they are making a powerful difference! I come away feeling inspired every time! I highly recommend anyone to participate.
We love working with A Child's Hope International at their factory to pack meals for kids around the globe and cannot believe how much of our donations go to these meals. The entire organization is stellar from its mission to its leadership to the volunteers who dedicate their time and talents to it. I am proud to donate a portion of revenue from every single sale my small business makes to support them!

We first volunteered at Child's Hope with our church. I loved it so much, that when my son brought his new girlfriend to meet us, we met them at "the factory" and volunteered together. My husband and I have supported this organization, financially and physically, and will continue to do so!
I am drawn to the heart and purpose of this ministry, as lived out by its leader, Larry Bergeron and staff. Specifically, they concern themselves with the warmth and truth of God's concern for the orphan. They express and practice authentic, sacrificial concern for the orphan through total care initiatives, when and where they are called to make a difference. Many of them personally set an example of mentorship through adoption, foster care, and humanitarian relief efforts!

Every time I have volunteered for A Child's Hope Int'l, Inc., I am absolutely amazed at their work, story, and accomplishments. It is by far one of my favorite organizations. The work they do is inspiring and captivating. I can't put into words the feeling of being a part of a group coming together to put the bags of food together and being made aware of the hunger that is out there in this world.
My children have volunteered and supported this work, and been supported by Larry and Elizabeth, for many years. I have visited the warehouse and been in awe of the far reaching help that has gone out from this place! I am honored to be a part of the ministry!

My family and I have supported this organization for years. The work they do, the people they help, it is SO very important! They use resources wisely and get the crucial food and water to the people who need it. They are passionate in their cause and work so hard to help as many people as they possibly can.
Organized and makes giving time and money fun! The movie & explanation of why we do this, helps us to understand what it is like to be in a third world country or living here in poverty. You can experience a mission trip right in Cincy , without leaving the US. The experience is a great team building event or a church / family bonding event. The organization does not stop at humanitarian relief it also helps with adoption , foster & orphan care, making it a well rounded effort. Love this nonprofit!
Incredible organization I've had the opportunity multiple times to volunteer with over nearly 10 years. Consistently I am touched by the impact they have in providing for hungry children. The sincere efforts of A Child's Hope International / Hands Against Hunger to "give as much as possible to those in need" remains a clear indicator of their integrity of how they use donations & value the volunteers.
A Child's Hope International is a great place to volunteer and feel like you are part of something much bigger. My spirit is refreshed every time I leave. My kids have been several times through the years and I think it helps keep them grounded and opens their heart to people that need hope and assistance. It is an opportunity to be hands to reach out and help others. I feel welcomed by everyone I work with, it is great to see so many different types of people coming together for a common goal. It is focused on the children of the entire world, in our own backyard and across the globe. Cannot say enough good things about it.
My husband and I used this product when we were in Nicaragua working as missionaries. We have loved volunteering at A Child's Hope every since we came back to America. We volunteer at least once a month. It is very satisfying to help pack the high protein meals because we have seen how helpful this food really is. The Red Shirt team is always friendly and helpful. It is a great way to be involved with missions without the expense of leaving the country. There is always a short informative video to help folks understand the importance of the work you are about to do!
This organization has changed my life! I feel so blessed to have found them. People make you think that your gift of time or money is small and you can't really help that much. This place shows you differently and makes you believe that you can do so much more together. The need is so great in the world and this organization is trying to help and doing a great job!

The stories about starving children are compelling. We, as a team, fill small bags with ingredients for high-protein meals and pack Hope boxes that are sent to them where they are. I always leave the sessions feeling like I've made a difference.

I can't say enough about Child's Hope International. Everyone I come across is wonderful at what they do. They are an inspiration to all who come there to volunteer.
I've been volunteering at A Child's Hope International for about six months now, and the organization is great to work with. The people there are friendly and compassionate, and it's fun to work on the lines and meet tons of new people each time I go. On top of all that, the work that you do really matters, and you get to see that in the presentations and in the counts they do at the end of each pack and everything. You know you're making a difference when you volunteer.
I have been working with A Child's Hope International for over 5 years. This truly a joy. I love the pwoplw and the genuine joy and love for helping starving children. The secret to loving this ministry is come and work (making meals for starving children around the world) just one session (approx 2 hours)then you will certainly feel the love and joy and you will be hooked. My wife and I have helped prepare these meals. it is amazing how much good they can do with so little. Our donation is a part of our budget. They welcome all volunteers both Chistians and non-Christians. IF your group wants to help others this is a great place to go. Integrity is the rule!

ACHI and Hands Against Hunger is a great organization! Hands Against Hunger is a fantastic way for people to truly feel like they're making an impact. No advertising and overwhelmingly volunteer run means more money goes right to the kids who need it most. The meals are super nutritious and I have personally seen the difference that it makes for kids in orphanages.
Neal's Design Remodel has an employee that is active with this charity. We supports A Child's Hope International with the monthly purchase of bottles of water, which we proudly serve to our clients that come into our showroom.
This is a charity that meets the most basic needs for survival of people, and this charity does this with much compassion & heart.
This is a truly Hands On Way to experience helping others. Working full time there's scarcely any time to do things to help others like my heart pulls me to. While a monetary donation is wonderful and helpful, this gives me the opportunity to feel connected to the receiving party, my hands helped put that bag together, a little piece of me goes with it. I can't help but see in my mind the face of the little child who may be receiving that bag across the world, and even when I'm tired of standing, I can stand a while longer, and pack some more bags. Thank you for this opportunity! I really feel like I make a difference.
ACHI and their Hands Against Hunger program are literal life-savers. The food that gets packed goes to hungry and starving children - close to home and around the world. The charity takes no government funding, and 91% of their income is distributed back out. That's about four million meals going to Africa, Haiti, and needy kids in the US. The organization is Christ-focused and family-friendly. I have volunteered with them for several years and they are a big part of my life. I have been blessed with so much, and this is a way of giving back to those who are needy.
The realization that a pouch of food will be opened by someone who needs it is an immediacy that doesn't come with donating money. My wife and I do donate money here, and donate time by serving as regular volunteers. The though that food I put into a pouch will be eaten by a truly hungry person - that's amazing.
And so is this organization. A Child's Hope Int'l and Hands Against Hunger are the best.
The entire organization is dedicated to fulfilling Christ's command to take care of orphans: thru foster care, help and support with adoption and, feeding the worlds starving children. Over 25000 kids die each day due to lack of food. This great group has packed hundreds of thousands of meals for these kids worldwide, with no governmental help. I go help pack to bless the kids, and I always end up with more blessings than I started with. Larrys gigantic heart touches each volunteer and guest . . . his love is just astounding.
