I cannot express with words for the gratitude I have for this great organization. My son has autism he needs a lot of help with speech he gets very frustrated due to his communication. The entire team at ACT4ME are so helpful and want to make a difference in the community. They absolutely jumped in and helped me with much needed services of speech for my son. He is 4 and has come along way. I am so eternally grateful for these amazing ladies who are my sons guardian angels. I thank you for the much needed help and support that you provide us. I hope that people can find this organization for support and trust because they are amazing. I also hope that people help the cause that they do because it is hard to find help for therapy and support that parents are desperately looking for , for their children. Thank you!!

A great support for families that needs therapy services. They are so helpful and detailed with their work.
Such a fantastic staff and network of people in this space of ASD. Our child is slowly growing and the therapy is a small step that makes a big impact for growth development. Thank you so much being a part of our family and community.

We are an ALL volunteer nonprofit that has served the community of children with disabilities of South Florida for 14 years. We have helped over 300 underserved children access the vital therapies they need, helping them have a better life.

estoy super contenta porque ACT 4ME es una institucion que ayuda a la comunidad especialmente a los ninos con algun tipo de necesidades especiales las terapias han ayudado a mi hijo porque no tenemos seguro que cubra la terapia del abla y gracias a esta super institucion y a sus donaciones y patrocinadores a ayudado tanto a mi hijo que el se a integrado a su clase escolar y a tener una comunicacion mas clara con nosotros como familia, mil bendiones.

Everyone is AMAZING! My son, Philip, is non-verbal on the autism spectrum. Philip is 15 years old and has been a recipient of the grant for many years. Philip has received much needed speech therapy solely because of the Act4Me Grant. Philip does not qualify for SSI or Medicaid and private health insurance does not pay for speech therapy due to autism. Words cannot describe how I feel about this program and the wonderful people who are involved. They have given my son a voice, the most powerful gift that I could not give him. Philip uses a communication device and due to his therapy he is able to answer questions and express himself, not perfectly, but he will get there. Every day there are new communication challenges, but with Act4Me in our corner it gives me comfort. We have been BLESSED to be involved with the Act4Me Grant. I am thankful everyday!!

Soy mami de un niño con autismo severo no verbal un niño muy alegre act4me ha sido para nosotros lo mejor ellos nos han apoyado mucho mi hijo ha tenido avances muy significativos gracias a terapias que nos han brindado esta gran organización.. solo puedo decir mil gracias por apoyar a familias que necesitamos de terapias..

We are beyond grateful for Act4Me. We can now understand our son and live and experience the world through his contagious personality. The grant allows him to receive private therapy after school once a week and he is thriving with his speech. Now he fills in the therapists with our weekend plans and we think it is the funniest yet most rewarding thing in the world.

As any parent of a child with special needs knows it can be very frustrating when trying to find resources that your child so desperately needs. I’m extremely appreciative and grateful for Act4Me because without their assistance and support, Mila wouldn’t be able to receive speech therapy which is vital since she’s ASD nonverbal. Because of Act4Me, Mila has learned ways of communicating with others in an appropriate manner which makes her feel happier and made her much more independent! Thank you, thank you Act4Me for all that you do for all of us!

Soy una de las tantas familias que ha sido beneficiada por la ayuda incondicional de aquellos que creen en esta institucion sin fines de lucro y llena de amor para aquellos que mas lo necesitan.
Mi hijo tiene sindrome de down y hubo un tiempo que no nos fue posible darle terapia de habla debido a los altos costos que esto implica y alguien me hablo de ACT4 me y yo aplique llevandome posteriormente una grata noticia de que mi hijo habia sido elegido para que pudiera obtener dicha terapia y esto ha hecho en mi hijo una diferencia muy significativa.

El se esta comunicando, comprendiendo, aprendiendo mucho mas debido a la terapia que el esta recibiendo y NO puedo estar mas que agradecida con todos ustedes por ese apoyo que siempre hemos recibido de manera incondicional.

Espero que hayan muchos mas donantes para que esta ayuda siga extendiendose, porque lo que hay que dar no es lo que nos sobra sino lo que nos hace falta.

We are truly blessed to have Act4Me sponsor our son's therapy. Before he was born we were told his activities would be very limited and thanks to God and Therapies, he is able to defy what doctors said.

This organisation has been such a blessing for our family and for our little boy. After I was let go from my job due to Covid I didn’t know how we would be able to continue speech therapy. Thanks to ACT4ME we’ve been able to continue my son’s weekly sessions and his speech has grown leaps and bounds.
